Position: Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping department.
• Supervise and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Train and develop housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest room amenities.
• Assist in scheduling and staff rostering to ensure optimal coverage.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of work experience as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently or lead a team effectively.
• Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and works well with pressures.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
