Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train Room Attendants and public area staff.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage an inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens.
- Create staff schedules and assign daily cleaning tasks.
- Address guest requests and complaints regarding housekeeping services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper cleaning techniques, and safety standards.
- Willingness to contribute to the community and ESG activities.
