Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train Room Attendants and public area staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage an inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens.
• Create staff schedules and assign daily cleaning tasks.
• Address guest requests and complaints regarding housekeeping services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper cleaning techniques, and safety standards.
• Willingness to contribute to the community and ESG activities.
