Position: Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily tasks
- Inspect rooms to ensure they meet brand cleanliness standards
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping supervision
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and standards
- Leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Basic communication skills in English
- Ability to work in shifts
- Physically fit
