Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise room attendants and public area staff to ensure cleanliness standards
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly for quality assurance
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Assist in training staff on cleaning procedures and chemical usage
- Report maintenance issues to the Engineering department promptly
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 4/5-star hotel
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and hygiene standards
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work shifts and weekends
