Position: Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily housekeeping operations and staff
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas
- Control inventory of linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly
- Train and develop the housekeeping team
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with high cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible hours
