Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

What you’ll do:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back of house spaces meet cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and consistency in all areas.
• Manage inventory, control chemical usage, and ensure proper handling and storage.
• Oversee staff schedules, task assignments, and overall team performance.
• Lead training sessions to maintain service quality, uphold hygiene compliance, and foster a motivated, efficient housekeeping team.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high end property.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
• Skilled in staff supervision, inventory control, and task coordination.
• Detail oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining high quality service under pressure.
