Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Identify and secure new business from various market segments (corporate, travel agent, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct site inspections and represent the hotel at industry events.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of work experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or senior Sales Executive.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and works well with pressures.
• Target-oriented and highly motivated.
