Position: Sales Manager – Wedding & Social Event

About the Role:

• Specialize in securing and managing wedding and social event bookings.
• Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and clients.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase event spaces.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution.

Your Skills & Experiences:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, specializing in weddings and social events.
• Strong network of contacts in the Bandung wedding industry.
• Creative and detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Passionate about creating memorable events for guests.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
