Position: Sales Manager – Wedding & Social Event
About the Role:
- Specialize in securing and managing wedding and social event bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and clients.
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase event spaces.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution.
Your Skills & Experiences:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, specializing in weddings and social events.
- Strong network of contacts in the Bandung wedding industry.
- Creative and detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Passionate about creating memorable events for guests.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
