Position: Marketing & Communications Manager
About the Role:
- Develop and implement all marketing strategies and activities of the Hotel to uphold image and brand positioning.
- Oversee advertising, promotions, public relations, partner and channel marketing, loyalty marketing, and campaign management.
- Manage digital and new media development, social media engagement, as well as events management.
- Coordinate internal activities and communications, such as media shooting arrangement, with national/regional teams and PR agency.
- To assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in ensuring Hotel and brand standards are adhered to in all written forms of communication.
Your Skills & Experiences:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze campaign performance.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
