Position: Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily work of the engineering and maintenance team.
• Assist in planning and executing preventative maintenance programs for hotel facilities and equipment.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of work experience as an Engineering Supervisor or senior Technician in a hotel.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently or within a team.
• Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and works well with pressures.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
