Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel’s daily operations, particularly in the Front Office and lobby areas.
• Act as the Manager on Duty, handling guest complaints, inquiries, and emergencies with professionalism.
• Supervise and support the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues and fulfill guest needs.
• Ensure hotel policies, safety, and security procedures are followed at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or senior Front Office Supervisor in a reputable hotel.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• A calm and professional demeanor, especially under pressure.
