Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and a welcoming attitude.
• Handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and answer phone calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Process payments and maintain the accuracy of guest folios.
• Address and resolve guest concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest-facing role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Experience with a hotel Property Management System (PMS) is preferred.
