Position: Chef de Partie – Hot/Cold Kitchen

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate a specific section of the hot or cold kitchen.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Assist the Sous Chef in menu creation and inventory management.
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, adhering to all hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background in culinary arts.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Hard worker and able to work effectively in a team.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
• Creative and passionate about food.
• Able to join immediately.
