Position: Senior Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals for villa guests according to their preferences.
• Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory, and ordering supplies.
• Ensure the kitchen is maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
• Handle administrative tasks related to kitchen finance and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Senior Cook.
• Good communication skills for managing the team.
• Mastery of MYOB system and tax calculation.
• Good English, both oral and written.
• Strong work ethic, a team player, and able to work independently.
• Strong culinary skills with experience in various cuisines.
• Able to join immediately.
