Position: Senior Cook
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals for villa guests according to their preferences.
- Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory, and ordering supplies.
- Ensure the kitchen is maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Handle administrative tasks related to kitchen finance and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Senior Cook.
- Good communication skills for managing the team.
- Mastery of MYOB system and tax calculation.
- Good English, both oral and written.
- Strong work ethic, a team player, and able to work independently.
- Strong culinary skills with experience in various cuisines.
- Able to join immediately.
