Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, and other partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in the same position in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Minimum Diploma 1 of hotel school, college degree preferred & conversant in English.
• Well known in each market’s character & familiar with VHP system.
• Strong relationship & good networking with Local & International markets and OTA.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Able to join immediately.
• Domiciled in Bali.
