Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develops new business opportunities and expands the client base.
- Maintains and strengthens relationships with existing clients.
- Drives sales growth across all market segments to meet hotel targets.
- Prepares sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Represents the hotel at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in 4-5 star hotels.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Commitment to service excellence and meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of operational standards and cost control practices.
- Creative, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Proven track record in hotel sales with strong negotiation skills.
