Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develops new business opportunities and expands the client base.
  • Maintains and strengthens relationships with existing clients.
  • Drives sales growth across all market segments to meet hotel targets.
  • Prepares sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Represents the hotel at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in 4-5 star hotels.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to service excellence and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of operational standards and cost control practices.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Proven track record in hotel sales with strong negotiation skills.
