Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations from the drink menu.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and conducting stocktakes.
- Process guest payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a 5-star hotel or high-end bar.
- Fluent in English.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Creative flair for developing new and exciting drink recipes.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A charismatic personality with a passion for mixology.
