Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients across Banquet, Social Event, Wedding, Government, and Corporate segments.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to ensure flawless event execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the Horeca industry, with a focus on events and banqueting.
  • Strong network and experience handling Banquet, Social Event, Wedding, Government, and Corporate accounts.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
