Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients across Banquet, Social Event, Wedding, Government, and Corporate segments.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure flawless event execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role within the Horeca industry, with a focus on events and banqueting.
- Strong network and experience handling Banquet, Social Event, Wedding, Government, and Corporate accounts.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
