Position: Social Media Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create and publish engaging content (text, images, video) for all social media platforms.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Interact with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist in the Horeca industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Creative mindset with strong content creation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A degree in Marketing or a relevant field is a plus.
- Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
