Position: Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create and publish engaging content (text, images, video) for all social media platforms.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Interact with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist in the Horeca industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Creative mindset with strong content creation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A degree in Marketing or a relevant field is a plus.
• Domiciled in Semarang or the surrounding area.
