Position: Cook Pastry

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, and bread following traditional and modern recipes.
• Create new and exciting desserts to renew menus and engage the interest of guests.
• Decorate pastries using different icings and toppings to ensure beautiful and exciting presentation.
• Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour and sugar, and place orders within budget.
• Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station, adhering to all health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Male / Female
• Minimum graduate from Vocational High School
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook Pastry in a hotel
• Proficient in making various breads, cakes, pastries, market snacks and desserts
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
