Position: Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on hotel products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in a 4 or 5-star hotel (minimum 2 years).
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Target driven with a solid understanding of guest satisfaction.
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
