Position: Revenue Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze booking patterns, market trends, and competitor pricing to develop effective revenue strategies.
• Monitor and manage room inventory and rates across all distribution channels (GDS, OTAs, website).
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts and performance reports.
• Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience of 3-5 years in a Revenue Analyst or similar role in a 5-star hotel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• High proficiency in hotel PMS, CRS, and Revenue Management Systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
