Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort’s restaurant(s), ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience.
- Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and operating costs to ensure profitability.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a restaurant management position within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage products, service standards, and hygiene regulations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
- Fluent in English.
