Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the resort’s restaurant(s), ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience.
• Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and operating costs to ensure profitability.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a restaurant management position within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage products, service standards, and hygiene regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English.
