Position: Assistant Banquet Operation Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a banquet leadership role within a 5-star hotel.
• Strong managerial, interpersonal, and motivational skills to lead the banquet team.

• Proven ability to manage large-scale events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Proficient in event planning software and managing operational budgets.
