Position: Assistant Banquet Operation Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a banquet leadership role within a 5-star hotel.
- Strong managerial, interpersonal, and motivational skills to lead the banquet team.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-minded attitude.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in event planning software and managing operational budgets.
- Team spirit and strong leadership capabilities are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
