Position: Purchasing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel’s procurement process, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts.
• Manage inventory levels of hotel supplies and equipment to prevent shortages.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality standards.

Requirements:

• Having minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
• Excellence costumer service with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to driver & have driver’s license.
• Excellence organizational and team management skills and strong leadership.
• Experiences with Power Pro System will be prioritized.
• Positive attitude, discipline, well groomed & good personality.
• Able to join immediately.
