Neano Cliff Resort is a luxurious new cliffside resort where modern design meets breathtaking ocean views in Candidasa, East Bali. Featuring private villas, a beach club, and world class restaurants and bars, we are preparing to launch this stunning destination. We are currently offering exceptional hotel jobs in Candidasa for our pre opening team.

We are seeking passionate, talented individuals with a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences to help us launch our newest destination. Position: Assistant Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Accounting Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including the General Cashier.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
  • Manage month end and year end closing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the hospitality or luxury resort industry, preferably in an accounting role.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proficiency in English and strong knowledge of accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
  • Able to join the pre opening team.
