Position: Dw Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and provide a warm welcome.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues with a high level of professionalism.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
• Provide information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

• Excellence costumer service with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to driver & have driver’s license.
• Experiences with Power Pro System will be prioritized.
• Positive attitude, discipline, well groomed & good personality.
• Able to join immediately.
