Position: Butler
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Butler in a 5 star hotel or luxury resort.
- Formal butler training or certification is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional personalized service skills with a keen eye for detail and anticipation of guest needs.
- Excellent guest experience skills are paramount.
- Discreet, professional, and possess impeccable communication abilities.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills to handle guest requests efficiently.
- Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
