Position: Butler

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Butler in a 5 star hotel or luxury resort.
• Formal butler training or certification is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional personalized service skills with a keen eye for detail and anticipation of guest needs.
• Excellent guest experience skills are paramount.
• Discreet, professional, and possess impeccable communication abilities.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills to handle guest requests efficiently.
• Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
