Position: Director of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Sales and Marketing division to drive room and event revenue.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key partners and clients.
• Identify market opportunities to ensure the hotel achieves optimal market positioning.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize brand visibility.
• Oversee all marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, decision making, and team development skills.
• Demonstrates professionalism and a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Natural collaborator with a proactive and solution oriented mindset.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with relevant sales and marketing systems and tools.
