Position: Chef de Partie Indian

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and presentation of authentic Indian cuisine.
• Supervise the Indian kitchen section to ensure high standards are met.
• Ensure consistency in food quality and taste across all dishes.
• Support overall kitchen operations through efficient team coordination.
• Assist in menu development and inventory management for the section.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• In depth knowledge of authentic Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Demonstrates professionalism and a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Natural collaborator with a proactive and solution oriented mindset.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with kitchen health and safety standards.
