Position: Pastry Commis

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and make a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked items according to hotel standards.
• Keep the pastry area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene regulations.
• Ensure high quality and excellent presentation of all pastry products.
• Assist with daily kitchen operations and inventory management.
• Follow recipes and production schedules accurately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Passion for baking and pastry arts.
• Demonstrates professionalism and a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Natural collaborator with a proactive and solution oriented mindset.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with pastry techniques and kitchen equipment.
