Position: Spa Therapist Daily Worker
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a variety of spa services such as massages, facials, and body scrubs according to company protocols and standards.
- Conduct pre treatment consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and any health conditions.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and well stocked with necessary supplies before and after each session.
- Follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for equipment, linens, and overall spa cleanliness.
- Provide a welcoming and professional service to ensure a relaxing and satisfying experience for all guests.
- Support other team members or assist in spa front desk duties when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a spa therapist, masseuse, or in a similar role.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in hotel/resort spa or wellness center is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments.
- Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards in a spa setting.
- Basic product knowledge for recommending treatments or retail items.
