Position: Assistant Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Sales in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans across room sales, banquet/event sales, and corporate accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a Chain Hotel.
• Solid background in room sales, banquet/event sales, and corporate accounts.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong leadership abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
