Position: Assistant Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Sales in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans across room sales, banquet/event sales, and corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in a Chain Hotel.
- Solid background in room sales, banquet/event sales, and corporate accounts.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong leadership abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
