Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire restaurant operation, including front of house and back of house, to ensure seamless service.
• Manage, train, and develop the service team to uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
• Control operational costs, manage budgets, and maximize profitability of the venue.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by engaging with diners and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue and enhance the restaurant’s reputation.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining establishment.
• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
• Excellent guest experience skills are essential.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Outstanding leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate staff.
• Proven financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
• In depth knowledge of food, wine, and service.
