Position: Greeter

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests upon their arrival.
  • Manage the reservation system and organize the seating chart.
  • Escort guests to their tables and present them with menus.
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries and reservations professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a greeter or hostess is preferred.
  • Excellent guest experience skills with a welcoming and engaging personality.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain poised and efficient in a busy environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Great decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
