Position: Server
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and friendly service to all guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and make recommendations from the menu.
- Serve dishes and drinks, ensuring presentation meets venue standards.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set for guests.
- Process guest payments and handle transactions correctly.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a server or waiter/waitress is preferred.
- Excellent guest experience skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Good knowledge of food, beverages, and proper service etiquette.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Degree in Hospitality is preferred.
