Position: Server

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and friendly service to all guests.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and make recommendations from the menu.
  • Serve dishes and drinks, ensuring presentation meets venue standards.
  • Ensure tables are clean and properly set for guests.
  • Process guest payments and handle transactions correctly.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a server or waiter/waitress is preferred.
  • Excellent guest experience skills with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Good knowledge of food, beverages, and proper service etiquette.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Great decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Degree in Hospitality is preferred.
