Position: Director of Engineering

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Director of Engineering in a large scale luxury resort
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a large and diverse technical team
  • In depth knowledge of MEP systems, preventative maintenance programs, and sustainability practices
  • Proven project management experience, from planning to execution
  • Excellent financial acumen, including budget management and capital expenditure planning
  • Strong understanding of local safety and building regulations
