Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
