Position: Front Desk Agent (Mandarin Speaker)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest facing role in a luxury hotel
- Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory; proficiency in English is also required
- Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Experience with hotel PMS software is an advantage
- Ability to provide exceptional service to international guests
- Must be well groomed with a pleasant personality
