Position: Bell Captain
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bell Service or Concierge role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Jakarta and surrounding areas
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle guest luggage and inquiries efficiently
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage
- Professional demeanor and physically fit
