Position: Bell Captain

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bell Service or Concierge role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Jakarta and surrounding areas
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle guest luggage and inquiries efficiently
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage
• Professional demeanor and physically fit
