Position: Outlet Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including cost control and inventory management
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in training and developing a service team
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities
  • Deep knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
  • Financial acumen for budgeting and P&L analysis
  • Fluent in English
