Position: FB Captain
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior waiter or captain in a fine dining setting
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Strong leadership potential and ability to guide junior staff
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for guest service
- Ability to handle guest complaints gracefully
- Proficient in using POS systems
- Well groomed and professional
