Position: Civil Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil maintenance or construction supervision, preferably in a hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of building structures, materials, and finishing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience in supervising a team of technicians and contractors
- Good organizational and project coordination skills
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards
