Position: Korean Guest Relations Officer
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent proficiency in Korean and English is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a guest relations or front office role in a luxury hotel
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving abilities and a passion for guest satisfaction
- Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems
