Position: Korean Guest Relations Officer

Qualifications:

• Native or fluent proficiency in Korean and English is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a guest relations or front office role in a luxury hotel
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving abilities and a passion for guest satisfaction
• Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems
