Position: Human Resources Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a remote resort location
• Strong generalist experience across recruitment, employee relations, C&B, and performance management
• In depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
