Position: Front Desk Agent

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel
  • Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in a hotel PMS
  • A friendly, welcoming personality and a passion for customer service
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently
  • Well groomed and professional
