Position: Front Desk Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a reputable hotel
- Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS)
- Fluent in English
- Professional appearance and a positive, helpful attitude
- Ability to handle check in, check out, and cashiering duties accurately
