Position: Front Desk Agent

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a reputable hotel
  • Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS)
  • Fluent in English
  • Professional appearance and a positive, helpful attitude
  • Ability to handle check in, check out, and cashiering duties accurately
