Position: Assistant Chief Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel engineering department
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and building maintenance systems
  • Ability to assist in managing the engineering team and preventative maintenance programs
  • Good leadership and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with workplace safety and environmental regulations
  • Proficient in managing budgets and projects
