Position: Assistant Chief Engineer
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel engineering department
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and building maintenance systems
- Ability to assist in managing the engineering team and preventative maintenance programs
- Good leadership and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with workplace safety and environmental regulations
- Proficient in managing budgets and projects
