Position: Personal Assistant to CEO

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to a C level executive.
• Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other executive management tools.
