Position: Spa & Wellness Manager

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years in a spa management role within a luxury resort or wellness center.
• Relevant certifications in spa therapy, wellness, or hospitality management.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and product lines.
• Experience in managing spa operations, including budgeting, marketing, and staff development.
• Excellent guest experience skills with a passion for holistic well being.
• Outstanding leadership skills to inspire a team of therapists and attendants.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
